Christmas Haul 2017

Soo, today I’m going to share with you most of my presents that I received this Christmas from my amazing family and boyfriend. I am by no means bragging or showing off and I really hope you all know that. If I get any comments saying I’m spoilt etc. they’ll just be deleted as there’s no need for that kinda hate. So, with that disclaimer out of the way, let’s get into what I received…

Before I get into the categories of presents, I’m going to show my two ‘main’ presents as I don’t want them to be in any of the categories.

Firstly, I received a HP Sprocket in the limited editions set, which I am so so so thankful for. I asked for this as I love having physical photographs and capturing memories and special moments in time. In the set you got the Sprocket, a rose gold carry case and a lovely little photo album. I also received four boxes of prints which have 20 in each. I’m so in love with this, it is so cool and the photos are so cute.

Secondly, are these Babyliss Elegance 235 Straighteners which match my hairdryer. I love these, they look so amazing in my room with the rose gold but they are also amazing. I had GHD’s prior to these and these are so much better, they seem to get a lot hotter and make my hair look straight but natural as well, which I love.

Goodnight Stories For Rebel Girls by Elena Favilli and Francesca Cavallo

This is literally such an incredibly inspiring book. As a feminist, I love to read about boss ladies who have made such a difference and this book is filled with stories about them, suitable for absolutely everyone.

Harry Potter: The Wand Collection
I was completely caught of guard by this book as I hadn’t asked for it on my list so this will always be extra special to me. This is just amazing for any Harry Potter superfan, it goes through every character’s wands in so much detail, it is just so interesting and beautifully presented.

Harry Potter: A History Of Magic
This is a companion to the exhibition at the British Library, I feel like you get the complete experience of the exhibition reading this though. It goes into so much detail about literally everything-illustrations, the subjects studied and the original manuscripts etc.

Harry Potter: A Journey Through A History Of Magic
I think this is very similar to the book above but is a bit more fun, if you get me? I think it is aimed at a younger audience which may be why but I absolutely love it. I think one day I’ll do a Harry Potter merchandise collection as I have so much stuff that I’d love to share with you all.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Illustrated Edition
I have the full collection of these (of what has been released so far) and they are just beautiful. I’d recommend these to those who even just enjoyed the books, the illustrations by Jim Kay are gorgeous.

This is a cute little matte grey A6 notebook that has two of my favourite things on it-gold and marble.

A Range Of Notebooks
My Mum knows how much I love my notebooks so she got me this selection, which features a gorgeous Beauty and the Beast one from Debenhams, a yearly journal and box of three smaller books.

A Blogger’s Journal
I LOVE this journal, it is a must have for any blogger, in my opinion. It was from Paperchase and is just perfect for keeping track of blog post ideas, stats, plans/goals etc.

Harry Potter 2018 Calendar

I get one of these every year as I love being organised and love Harry Potter so this combines my two loves.

I’ve never tried anything from Nip+Fab and this is the product that I’ve seen most of from the brand. It’s been really hyped up so I can’t wait to get chiselling my cheekbones with it!

I love blusher palettes rather than individual ones as I like to mix shades to find the one perfect for my complexion. This is a gorgeous quad that I can’t wait to test out.

I use primer everyday without fail, it’s a step that I literally cannot miss. This is just a quick and easy way of doing the priming step.

I’ve had my eye on this perfume for so long as I love Alien but thought this scent was so unique and loved it. This is a special occasion perfume for me.

No7 Cleansing Brush

I’ve always looked at these and always wanted to try one and I was so lucky that my boyfriend gifted me one. I can’t wait to integrate this into my everyday skincare routine! I also got some spare brush heads.

No7 Youthful Skincare Collection
I’m a massive fan of No7 skincare so this is a perfect gift for me. The facial oil, day and night cream are some of my holy grails.

Face Inc. The Fairytale Of Good Skin Gift Set
I love a good face mask and this set has three Face Inc. ones which are so fun. It includes the Unicorn one, the rainbow one and the reindeer one- I can’t wait to try these!

My Mum got me a selection of these rose gold Studio London bags and I put all of the loose bits of skincare that she got me in the largest one. There’s a mix of everything in this such as Simple wipes/skincare, Garnier face masks, The Balm Mary Lou-Manizer highlighter, Benefit They’re Real Mascara, Real Techniques Sponge etc. These are all things that I will definitely use and can’t wait too.

Hair Care
I got these hair care bits, my old faithful Batiste dry shampoo and an extra strong hold hairspray. The Alberto Balsam products I’m so intrigued by, there’s a shampoo, conditioner and hair mask which are damage repair scented with coconut and avocado oil. I’m most excited to try these!

I’ve never been gifted a Lush set so I’m so grateful for this. I adore the smell of Snow Fairy, it is just Christmas in a bottle for me and I will use everything in this box!

Laura Ashley Bathing Belle Gift Set
I love the bag most out of this set, it is so pretty and will be perfect for nights away.

Dove Beauty Collection Set
I love Dove, I swear by their body moisturisers, they smell so clean and fresh and do make your body feel so moisturised. I’ll use everything in this set and the bag will definitely come in handy.

Soap and Glory Spa Of Wonder
This was the Soap and Glory star gift at Boots and is just amazing. You get a ridiculous amount of stuff in it for the price. A few of my faves from this include the face mask, the vitamin facial wash, the mascara and Clean On Me shower gel but I love everything and will 100% use it all!

Clothes
‘Ditto’ T-Shirt
This is a piece of Gabriella Lindley(VelvetGh0st) merch which I think is so subtle and a lovely t-shirt.

Puma White Patent Trainers

These are from my sister Katie, I did pick them as I was in need of some white trainers and fell in love with these. I love the ribbon laces and the glittery/shiney white- they’re just perfect.

Black Backpack
A couple of weeks ago the straps of my Dune backpack snapped which literally broke my heart (and the bag). I’ve been struggling to find another to replace it but I can stop looking now as my Mumma got me this gorgeous black leather one which will be perfect for University.

I am a crazy cat lady who literally adores her cat so this mug is just spot on for me. It also came with cat treats for my little fur baby which means it’s win win for the both of us.

Little Miss Blogger Mug

This is another blogger must have. This was from Amazon and just sums me up in a mug. I will be using this every day as it is the best mug, especially filled with hot vim when I’m writing a blog post!

Tsum Tsums
Jacob got me two tsum tsums as he is well aware of my ever growing collection and love for them. He got me Boo from Monsters Inc and Squirt from Finding Nemo which are ridiculously cute.

Mrs Potts Money Box
I am so pleased that I got this as she’s going to look perfect next to Chip on my shelf! I believe this is from Primark, she is absolutely gorgeous.

Candles

I love a good candle, as you can probably tell from the background of most of my blog photos. These are two from my Mumma which are going to look gorgeous in my room, they also smell incredible!

This is such a cute wine glass that says ‘It’s not drinking alone if your cat’s home’, I’ve already started using this as it’s just so cute.

Rabbit Cotton Wool Dispenser
If you’ve read my Pets blog post, you’ll know that I have a gorgeous little rabbit called Bruce. I absolutely adore him and rabbits so this is a perfect gift for me. It’ll look so cute on the side in my room!

Others
Spice-Spice Girls Vinyl

I am a massive Spice Girls fan, like huge. They make my heart so happy whenever I listen to them. My brother got me this and I am so beyond chuffed with it and can’t wait to listen to it on repeat.

Joules Rabbit Keyring
As I said earlier, I love rabbits so this is another perfect present for me. I can’t wait to put this on my car keys, it will always remind me of Christmas.
